IINGREDIENTS:

 

  • 2 large avocados (peeled and cut in slices)
  • 6 tablespoons of red onion (thinly sliced ​)
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of tomato (finely chopped seeded)
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander (finely chopped)
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • garlic, salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Mix the avocados, red onion, tomato and cilantro in a Black Pottery salad bowl ( CH 17-2 or CH 17-3). For the dressing; mix the lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
